Sallie Guillory is an Executive Pastor of Saddleback Church in southern California, where she provides leadership for multiple ministries and helps guide one of the world's largest churches through seasons of growth, organizational health, and leadership development.

Before entering full-time ministry, Sallie spent several years coaching NCAA Division I women's basketball, an experience that continues to shape her passion for developing leaders, building healthy teams, and creating cultures where people can thrive.

Over the past decade, she has served in executive leadership roles at growing churches across the country, including Our Savior's Church in Louisiana and Times Square Church in New York City, leading teams in communications, creative strategy, worship, production, leadership development, and organizational culture.

Sallie is passionate about equipping pastors, church leaders, and volunteers with practical, biblical leadership principles that strengthen the local church. She regularly speaks on leadership, church culture, organizational health, spiritual formation, women in leadership, navigating change, and building teams that flourish. Known for her authentic, practical, and encouraging teaching style, her heart is to help leaders build healthy churches where people can encounter Jesus and discover their purpose.

When she's not serving at church, you'll usually find her reading a great book at the beach, cooking Cajun food, playing tennis, hiking Southern California trails, or enjoying an Americano at a local coffee shop.
