Kendall Conner is a trusted voice and thought leader in the Church community, with more than 18 years of experience helping pastors and ministry teams lead with confidence, creativity, and clarity. With a background as a Creative Pastor and a bachelor’s degree in Church Leadership, Kendall brings practical ministry experience to his work in communication, leadership, technology, and digital engagement. He now serves on the Ministry Brands team, creating social and educational content designed to help churches strengthen their teams and expand their impact.

Kendall also hosts the Church Leadership Lab podcast and has been featured in Outreach Magazine and as a speaker at ministry conferences. His work has served churches through organizations including Church Motion Graphics, The Creative Pastor, and Piedmont Chapel.

Outside of work, Kendall is a husband, father of three, and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time on the lake.
